Title: Endometriosis: When to Operate & When NOT to Operate

Abstract

Over a 20 minutes talk; I will be highlighting the role of surgical intervention in different endometriosis phenotypes. Will also discuss the general trend in the literature over time regarding the recommendation for the management of endometriosis and what are the reasons for this trend. Will also going over different scenarios encountered in clinical practice and the appropriate course of action in their management. We will be drawing from our local experience in Oman on how endometriosis patients are being managed for the long term.
